Inside the Staffroom is a tool to understand Teachers of India from a behavioural lens. Beyond lesson plans and timetables lie rich inner worlds of mindset, motivation and the ecosystems that shape them. Through in-depth qualitative research, we’ve created six vivid teacher personas that reflect the real faces of India’s education system. These are windows into what drive teachers, what challenges them, and how they can grow.
